The perfect salad for the dog days of summer

It's summer. It's hot. It's humid. You need to come up with a fuss-free dinner idea. This light and luscious summer salad by Chef Michael Gallina hits all the buttons - the fruits and vegetables are seasonal and readily available at farmers' markets (and your local grocery)and you don't need to turn on the stove. Get the best prosciutto you can and the freshest burrata (or mozzarella if burrata isn't available). As an added bonus, the salad looks like art on a plate.
